We are looking for a Junior Power BI Developer, who will be responsible for producing business reports, strategic and tactical insights. You will be required to use your expertise in data reporting and analysis to support several projects and ad-hoc reporting requests and use your technical skills to follow up with other teams to develop new reports. You’ll be working on multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges. You will be structuring our data, platforms, and data collection methods.


– Develop dashboards to present findings and in a visually appealing approach;
– Develop custom reports via BI tools to provide valuable information to blue-chip clients;
– Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems;
– Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets;
– Interact directly with business stakeholders and clients to understand business objectives and translate them into reports;
– Support and execute projects with a variety of teams including engineering, finance, commercial, marketing, and other operational teams;
– Identify and define new opportunities for process improvement;
– Develop and deliver tools that improve the efficiency and accuracy of our work;
– Research industry best practices, tools, and trends to drive continuous improvement discussions and improve the client experience;
– Challenge yourself and the team to discover new and innovative ways of working.


– Degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field;
– Experience working with data presentation tools – PowerBI experience is a plus;
– Skills in processing and analyzing large amounts of data using Excel and SQL;
– Experience in data analysis and research to provide actionable insights for customer-centric change;
– Someone who enjoys diving into raw data and is comfortable working with various programming languages (e.g. SQL, DAX);
– Critical thinker who is open to challenges;
– A strong communicator, with the ability to turn numbers into a story that non-experts can understand;
– Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


We’re based in Porto, Portugal. Although there is the possibility of remote working, we are only considering people located in Portugal.
