You will help us to get the best out of our data and to foster a data-driven culture. For this you will:

Analyse data to deliver insights about business and operational excellence, and proactively driving improvements.
Investigate potential problems and their root causes based on quantitative parameters.
Develop a structured business intelligence framework for Pro Sky, aligned with the company goals.
Inspect the data quality and run data quality audits internally, including validation by the data creators or owners.
Automate report refreshers and maintenance as much as possible, and be responsible for any maintenance needed.
Contribute to the precise measurements of process times, lead times and percentage of complete and accurate work of the company processes, mapped in value streams.
Design simple solutions to complex data analysis problems assuring performance and reliability.
Working together with mixed, multicultural agile teams of IT and non-IT colleagues in a dynamic environment.



Our development team is growing. We are looking for a passionate person who can help us to reach our vision. Ideally you have the following profile:

Graduated in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or other technical disciplines, or relevant experience in a quantitative field.
2+ years of experience in data, reporting or analytical problem solving.
Doer with a solution driven mindset.
Self-motivated to grow.
Hands on experience with SQL.
Experience on managing business intelligence projects.
Practical reporting and data analysis experience on any of these languages or systems: PowerBI / PowerQuery & DAX Language, Python – incl. Pandas libraries, R Programming Language.
Eager to learn and share knowledge.
Very good command of English. Good command of German or any other language is a plus.
Teamwork and sense of humour.
